Urgent Support

If you are in a mental health crisis and are at risk of seriously harming yourself or somebody else, you should go to your local emergency room and ask for support.

If you are worried about your own or someone else’s safety and/or if you need immediate help or information, counselling may not be the most helpful service for you. Counselling services take time to set up and therapists are not always immediately available, even for existing clients.

I am unable to see clients who are currently in crisis and may not receive or be able to respond to messages outside of work hours.

If you need additional support, your embassy’s Citizen Services Sections may be a helpful resource. Many embassies have a 24-hour emergency hotline listed on their website.
