ABOUT

Hi, I’m Frances, a counsellor and psychotherapist offering online therapy for clients in Hong Kong and Vietnam.

I believe that everyone is naturally drawn to finding meaning and purpose in their life but sometimes become blocked in the process.

Since I first started providing therapy in Hong Kong in 2014, I’ve seen my job as working alongside the client to try to understand their unique circumstances and find ways to help them move forward.

EXPERIENCE

I have extensive experience working in both Hong Kong and Vietnam.

I hold a Masters of Social Sciences in Counselling from the University of Hong Kong, plus certification from The Beck Institute in providing Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Depression and Anxiety.

I’m a British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) Accredited Counsellor and a member of the The Hong Kong Professional Counselling Association (HKPCA).

I use an eclectic style of counselling, which means I draw from a variety of theories and techniques, to tailor each session to the needs of the client.
